Quick Update

D.J. is getting so big and smart. I cannot believe that he will be one on May 29th. He took his first steps around 9 1/2 months and now he is all over the place. He loves to play patty cake and peek-a-boo. He also loves to dance and will start rockin out every time he hears music. He is quite the eater (as you can clearly see...) and his new love is cupcakes. We went to cousin Ian's birthday party a few weekends ago and he loved the icecream cone cupcakes with frosting.

Peyton has been doing great this baseball season. He has a hit a home run in every game so far. He is an amazing team player, and is great at cheering on the other kids on the team. Peyton is going to be attending the Utah State Basketball camp in June. He is earning all of the money for the camp himself. We are so proud of how grown up he has been lately. He is such a great help around the house and with his brothers.

Jack is doing so well in school and will come home and fill us in every day. He loves playing with his friends, and he has so many of them. He is looking forward to his baseball birthday party on June 3rd. He will be 4 years old....crazy!! He loves baseball as well and wishes that he could play on the team. He is an amazing batter, and is getting better at catching as well.

Well....there is your five minute update. I am not sure if any of it makes sense but I have to be quick...duty calls. We love you all!!

Time to update

I finally have a chance to sit down and update this thing. We have had so much going on I don't even know where to start. Peyton finished his basketball season. He is a little bummed that it is over. He loves basketball and wishes that he could play all year round. The last game of the season he decided to wow us all with an under the leg behind the back move. It was amazing and funny because you know he was trying to show off his moves. I don't blame him he practices every day after school. In fact that is pretty much all Peyton does or wants to do it. Peyton also had his pinewood derby this month. Ryan helped him cut out his car and paint it. It turned out good, but unfortunately it was not the fastest. Oh well I think Ryan had fun with it. He even made Jack and my niece Jordyn a car. Peyton qualified for the Hersey Track meet at school and will compete in the 50 yard dash and 50 yard relay tomorrow. He will also start his baseball season this week...although he is not too thrilled about switching sports yet. His team is the red sox so that is exciting.

Nate brought his Bronco car from his Pinewood Derby, Jack had a blue and silver car with Utah Jazz on the side, and Jordyn had a pink car.









Jack has been up to no good as usual. He makes us laugh all the time with the silly things he says and the crazy things he does. I often wonder where he learns it all. He has been going to pre-school three days a week. He complains about going every day, but after practically pushing him into the pre-school he comes out two hours later all smiles and excited about what he has learned. I know he loves it. It is just hard for him to leave D.J. He loves to practice basketball and baseball with his brother and he is getting really really close to mastering the under the leg move. It is so funny to see. He also loves to read books and do his homework. He really is a sweet kid.....most of the time.

D.J. is now 10 month old and very very mobile. He took his first steps around 9 1/2 months and now he has taken off and walks all the time. He is still very clumsy so he has bumps and bruises all over. He loves to clap his hands and dance. He also loves to play ball with his brothers. I make Peyton and Jack mad when I tell them that D.J. will be the best athlete of them all. He has had a ball in his hand since day one. He smiles and laughs all the time.























We have had family around on and off for the last few weeks. My mom was here helping me out for a few weeks in March. Than we went to Idaho Falls for the week of Peyton's spring break. Than Jared, Wendy, Nate, Crane girls, and my mom and dad came the last week of March. Other than the occasional instacare visits, and vomiting at grandmas house we actually had a really good time. It is always fun hanging out with family regardless of the circumstances.

I guess there were around 820 entries total. He is already way behind on the votes, but no worries I am just excited that he is on there. Jack's First Day of School

Jack is so excited that he is BIG enough to attend pre-school now. He loves it and has done really well so far. He loves to do his homework just like his big brother Peyton. We are so proud of him.

A VERY VERY Merry Christmas

Kade & D.J. are only 5 days apart. It really is time for DJ to go on a diet!

We had such a good time during the holidays that we are just recovering from it all. It has taken me forever to get our Christmas pictures posted. I don't have time to give you the whole spill on what we did this holiday so here is the quick version.

-Spent Christmas Eve here in St. George with just our little family of five. I loved having my own Christmas Eve with just us. Ryan made a wonderful meal, the kids put together and decorated a gingerbread house, we each opened one present and pajamas, we watched the nativity story on dvd, and we read Christmas books.

-Kids all loved there Christmas presents from Santa and from everyone else. DJ had a great first Christmas. He loved playing in all of the wrapping paper.

-Our family got Jazz tickets from Santa this year again so we went to a game on the 26th. We stayed with Grandma Suzie and Terry that night. It was great to see their new home all put together. They did a great job.

-Went to Idaho Falls for the remainder of the holiday. New Years Eve we had a big party. The whole family went bowling and than we all stayed up until midnight...even the kids. I haven't stayed up for New Years in forever. My mom and dad planned meals for every night we were there. It was great and the meals were awesome. Thanks Mom...and Dad. The kids had a blast with their cousins.

-Our trip did not have a happy ending. The kids and I all ended up getting strep throat. Peyton and I had to go to instacare in Idaho Falls. The other two got it when we got back. Than to top it all off we all got some weird viral thing afterward that felt like a cold but with really bad muscle aches. We are all still recovering.

-There you go...the quick version. All in all we had a great time with all of our families. We love you all!!
