Everybody Play BALL!!

Peyton & Jack both have new basketball shoes. Thanks to a "donation" from Grandpa Danny Peyton was able to get some new shoes for his Utah State basketball camp. Jack immediately wanted a pair and requested some for his birthday. Uncle Chris spoiled him and bought him some. Jack also got his very own basketball for his birthday. D.J. really does think that he is big just like his brothers. He will go up to the hoop and try to shoot his little basketball in it. It is so funny.

Buy me some peanuts and cracker "Jacks!!"

A scooter from Uncle Chris! so cool!!

Peyton & Jack with their game faces on....

Jack turned 4 on June 3rd. He was so excited because this was the first year he was able to have a party and invite all of his friends. We invited ten kids and it was quite the party. We had a baseball theme and everything from the invites, the cupcakes, the decorations, the party gifts were baseball oriented. It was such a fun theme to work around. I absolutely love throwing parties and I love to go all out. We certainly did on this one, and it ended up being a real "hit". Peyton put together the cutest score board, and had a few friends over to help with the water baseball game.

Take me out to the ballgame....

Peyton's baseball season is officially over. He loved every minute of it, and did such a great job. He mainly played first base, but he really like playing short stop and left field as well. He had 10 homeruns this season. Peyton is such a disciplined athlete. He loves to practice which is

rare for an 8 year old. We are so proud of him.

I'm one!!

D.J. had his first birthday on May 29th. He is getting to be such a big boy. He has been walking since 9 months so by now he can get around really well. He gets into anything and everything ALL the time. He is a very busy boy and keeps us on our toes. He loves to try anything his brothers are doing so naturally his favorite things to do relate to a ball and sports. He can say a few words. He says; go, ma, dad, Jack, ta ta for Peyton, tan tu for thank you, and hi. We had a birthday party for him and invited Grandma Suzie & Terry, Annie, Dustin, Ian, Deb, Doug, and of course Chris. He got such great presents, and loved being the center of attention.

Jack's Pre-school graduation

We are so proud of Jack. He did so well in pre-school this year. He started half-way through the year so the teacher was a little worried about him fitting in and catching up, but he ended up doing great. The teacher was so cute about him and told me what a good kid he is. This made me feel good because there are times when I start to wonder about this one. Jack definately has quite the personality. His teacher, "Miss Kathy" held the cutest little graduation in her backyard. Jack sung his little heart out. I thought for sure he was going to be hoarse afterward. It was hilarious. Good job little Buddy!!

I had to throw this picture of D.J. in here. This was taken right before the graduation. He was really cracking himself up....ha ha ha

Grandma Suzie's

We stayed with Grandma Suzie and Terry in Tooele during the "wedding weekend". The boys love to play crochet and had to get a quick game in while we were there. It can get pretty competitive, but they always have a good time.

Wedding Weekend

We had three cousins get married on the same weekend in May. Ryan's cousin Kasey got married in Logan and my cousins Brock and Sarah were married in the Salt Lake area. We were only able to make it the Salt Lake weddings because Jack was asked to be a ring bearer at Sarah & Kelly's. I sure hope Kasey's went well and we wish him the best of luck...congrats to all. I have to apologize to Brock & Aubrey. We went to the reception, and I didn't get a single picture of the happy newly weds... however; I did catch them walking out of the bathroom together. They claimed they were cleaning off wedding cake that they had smeared all over each other, but I am pretty sure they were doing much more....ha ha oh well...they are married now. The reception was beautiful and they served such a creative dessert. They served icecream in five or six different flavors and than had all sorts of toppings to put on it. It was so good, and the kids loved it. As you can see from the pics above the kids had a great time at the dance. Nate was bustin a move for all the ladies. What a little stud.

Sarah & Kelly's wedding was on Saturday. They both looked amazing and it was such a happy day for them. Sarah & Kelly have always loved Jack. They are so cute with him, and he loves the attention they give him. Jack calls Kelly the "scary monster".

Jack loved being the ring bearer. It was so funny because as he was walking down the isle he thought he had to stop and smile at every camera that flashed. He would stop, pose, and flash his big white grin. What a kid.
